Return Policy

We love our customers and will do whatever it takes to make you happy.  That is why we are offering 30 day money back guarantee as well as 6 month product replacement policy on our beloved coconut shell bowls and other eco friendly conscious bamboo products.

HOW DO I receive a refund?

To receive a refund, simply email us at info@turningthetides.ca with your order number within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of your purchase excluding shipping costs.

What do I do if my coconut bowl breaks?

We are excited to offer you a 6 month replacement policy on all products.  Simply send us a email and image of the damaged product along with your order number and we will happily send you a new product free of charge.  All you have to do is cover shipping charges.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND FROM  ANOTHER RETAILER?

Unfortunately our refund and exchange policy only applies for purchases made directly through Turning The Tides.  If you are looking to return or exchange a product from another retailer, please contact them directly.

ARE THERE LIMITATIONS WITH THE REPLACEMENT POLICY?

Unfortunately as per our care instructions, products exposed to extreme heat are not covered by the replacement policy.  

How are refunds Issued?

If you are qualified, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days excluding holidays.  

How are refunds processed?

If you haven't received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again; then contact your credit card company to inquire.  Usually there is a processing delay before the refund is credited.  If you still haven't received the refund, please contact us at info@turningthetides.ca
