Hearty, earthy and vegan. This plant based vegetable salad bowl is so good and easy to make.

Ingredients
salad (your favourite kind)
1 field cucumber
Sugar snap peas
Cabbage
Sprouts
Watermelon
Miso salad dressing
Sesame seeds
Directions
In your coconut bowl, start with putting the lettuce on the bottom
Slice the field cucumber into thin pieces and layer on top the salad
Add the split peas, cabbage, sprouts
Dice the watermelon into small pieces and add
Layer on top with the Miso salad dressing and sprinkle the sesame seeds and enjoy :)
