Winter is coming, and that means time to stay warm by eating this amazing vegan fried tofu bowl. This recipe is so easy to make, and will save you time cooking after coming home from work. Try it today in your amazing coconut shell bowl.

Ingredients
1 cup of gluten free vegan bread crumbs
1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise
1 block extra firm organic tofu
2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
1/4 cup plant based milk
2 tsp paprika
Full bowl of lettuce for base of bowl
1 carrot peeled
3/4 cup of vegan mayonnaise
1/2 cup of plant based milk (add more if too thick)
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Breaded Tofu
Salad Base
Salad Dressing
Directions
For the breaded tofu, press the tofu for 15 minutes to drain liquid
Cut tofu into slices or cubes
Mix the mayonnaise, plant based milk, and paprika in 1 bowl and place the bread crumbs in another bowl
Marinate the tofu for 10-15 minutes in soy sauce
Once tofu is marinated, dip the tofu in the mayonnaise mixture, then coat evenly with gluten free bread crumbs
Once coated air fry the tofu at 375 F for 15 minutes or bake in oven at 400 F for 20-30 minutes with 2 tbsp of oil
While the tofu is baking prepare your salad
To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and pour over your tofu and salad once done
Last but not least, enjoy your beautiful tofu dish in your coconut shell bowl
