This is truely a local Pacific Northwest morning breakfast bowl. The key for success is the local raseberries and kale which keeps you nurished all day long.

Ingredients
Oats
1 cup of water
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of frozen raseberries
1 whole banana
@nuitrition almond butter
1 kiwi (sliced)
a handful of granola
a few raseberries
sunflower
pine nuts
chia seeds
1 tsp of cinnamon
Directions
In a blender combine the frozen fruits, water, almond butter, and banana and blend until smooth
Once ingredients have blended, pour the goods into your coconout bowl and use the wooden coconut spoon to spread the mixture out
Take the raseberries and kiwi and layer them in lines as seen in the picutre. Feel free to arrange however you feel like though :)
Continue follwing the pattern with the Granola and nuts and sprinkle cinnamon on top for garnish.
Enjoy and remember to hand wash your bowls after and prepare for the next recipe
