Morning Oat Bowl
This is a oat bowl, packed with nuts, seeds and fruits. Enjoy your bowl and all the healthy delicious complex carbs too.
Did you know that simple carbs are the processed version which can come in white flour, white pasts and often lead to glucose; whereas complex carbs are good for us and help balance blood sugar levels.
2 cups of water
1 cup of oats
A few ground walnuts
A few Goji Berries
In a pot, bring water to a boil and then add the oats. Reduce heat and simmer. Stir until smooth and pour into the coconut bowl
